Really? But that's so low. The highest I got my squat to was 205lbs (I weighed 160lbs) and I feel like such a pussy for it, that's a shit weight. I thought if you can't do:
>squat 1.5x your bodyweight
>bench 1x your bodyweight
>dead 2x your bodyweight
then you're a bitch? Am I right? These are my long-term goals, once I can do these I'll feel stronk and fit, and will probably look muscley as well. I've seen girls in the gym squatting over 135lbs, so the way I see it I should at least be able to take on 2 plates, even though I'm a manlet.

How much can you safely squat, approximately? As long as you stay under 250lbs it should be okay, right? Now you're making my paranoid because my knees have always been kinda fucky, even since I was a kid.
