Building a home gym, hows the cart look so far?

Small 24/7 gym is also option for cocoon mode. I did this and transformed after sweating for a year doing squats 3am at empty gym.

I did this. My recommendation is to get a dip attachment for your squat rack and build a contraption like in pic attached using round slings, hooks and chains. It will be 20$ and 30 minutes well invested. Good luck and fuck you.

Thank you Canada, you have inspired me. My gym membership is expiring soon, so I'll take the time until then to get my own equipment. I didn't do this before because I don't really have anywhere to put it, but I'll have to make do. The benefits are overwhelming. This is the difference between getting swole and remaining a manlet indefinitely.

Where are the weights brah? Also 2 one-handed barbells would give you a lot more flexibility in your workouts. Even one helps if you haven't got the money for 2.

Pro-tip: if you buy 2 one-handed barbells, buy all weights 4 times so that you can apply the latter equally in both when you're working out.

Otherwise a solid start. Personally I'd search for a used power rack, but that's just me being a cheapass. You definitely should look for the weights on Craigslist, though.



I think that power cage you've got would be better if you could change it's incline so you can do dumbbell shit and crunches/sit-ups/etc.. In fact, it might be cheaper to get a plate rack and just a bench with incline adjustment. I mean, don't rule this suggestion out. That's a lot of money you know?
